An anonymous donor has made it possible for more folks to get FREE spay/neuter tags!!!!! Please fill out the paperwork (PDF file) and the $50 will be paid for you!!!!!!! The deadline is next Thursday, October 30! Hurry, hurry.

The plates will be issued only if a minimum of 1,000 tags are prepurchased before October 30, 2008. We're so close!
